Redesigned for Performance: End-of-Trip that Delivers.
In response to Brisbane’s competitive commercial leasing landscape, the building’s owner engaged Punch Design to upgrade the End-of-Trip (EoT) facilities—enhancing tenant amenity while boosting the property’s leasing appeal.
The brief called for a practical, cost-effective refurbishment that would modernise the space and maximise functionality. Our approach focused on strategic interventions that delivered high impact within a modest budget.
We reimagined the existing changerooms and amenities with a refined material palette and contemporary finishes, creating spaces that feel polished, practical, and welcoming. To improve flow and spatial efficiency, we relocated bicycle parking to an underutilised ground floor tenancy—freeing up valuable space to expand and optimise the EoT layout.
The result is a significantly improved user experience, with larger, better-performing changerooms and facilities that reflect the needs of today’s active, design-conscious tenants.
