Tasked with creating a space that felt both professional and welcoming, our client sought a reception area that would reflect their company culture while encouraging interaction. The brief was clear: design a front-of-house environment that balances approachability, functionality, and brand identity—all within a modest budget.

Through a collaborative design process, we reimagined the traditional reception as a dynamic teapoint and informal collaboration hub—a space equally suited for greeting clients, hosting team catch-ups, or sparking impromptu conversations.

At the heart of the space, a large integrated screen enhances versatility, enabling everything from digital presentations to workshops and town halls. This thoughtful addition transforms the area into a true multipurpose zone, blurring the lines between welcome, work, and social interaction.

To achieve the desired modern industrial feel without compromising budget, we focused on smart detailing and cost-effective materials. The aesthetic is elevated with warm finishes and a layered, tactile palette—creating a look that is confident yet comfortable.
