Punch took an unleasable space and transformed it into an almost fully leased marvel. Three years ago, potential tenants would literally turn straight around, uninterested. Fast-forward, and they now walk in and say, “Wow.”

Where Strategy Meets Style:
A Commercial Asset Reborn
Following the exit of an anchor tenant, Punch Design led a staged repositioning of this commercial asset to boost marketability and attract new occupants.
Working within a tight budget, we focused on high-impact, light-touch upgrades to key base building areas — including lift lobbies, amenities, end-of-trip and gym facilities. Simultaneously, we refurbished multiple speculative suites across Ground, Level 3, and Level 5, using a pragmatic approach that balanced design quality with cost-efficiency — often re-using existing furniture and applying targeted interventions to front-of-house and breakout zones.
The success of these early works led to our re-engagement to design more distinctive suites on the remaining Levels 1 and 2. Our approach to these suites introduces a confident design identity through a refined material palette and flexible planning — supporting both day-to-day operations and larger ‘Town Hall’ events.
