201 Charlotte St, End of Trip

The building landlord (Kyko) was focussed on elevating the building’s positioning within the Brisbane commercial market. The focus of the project was to provide a cost effective design solution to upgrade the End of Trip facility, providing better amenity for existing and prospective tenants.

The project scope included the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing amenities and changeroom areas to create more attractive and useable spaces for the tenants.

The bicycle parking was relocated to an empty ground floor tenancy space, enabling the changeroom facilities to be increased in size and refreshed with the introduction of modern finishes and colours.
